Mark Development Scales Back Riverside Proposal
Mark Development has scaled back their plans for the mixed-use development at the Riverside MBTA Station. Updated plans call for a total of around 1.2M square feet with residential units being reduced from 675 to 526. The tallest tower planned for the site at 18 stories has also been removed from the proposal. The new hotel planned remains along with restaurant retail space and over 500,000 square feet of office space.
