Marsella Development Corporation to Build 16K SF Food Hall in Providence
Marsella Development Corporation announced plans to redevelop the ground level of One Union Station which will feature a 16,000-square-foot food hall in the space that previously held the Capital Grille and Bar Louie. Under a tentative agreement with the Rhode Island Foundation, the Foundation will continue to own and occupy its current two floors of offices at One Union Station.
The space would include a dozen kitchens featuring 250 square-feet each, and the cost of development will be $13,000,000.
