Mass Timber Arrives for 80 M Expansion
Over 1,380 tons of mass timber have completed their journey from the forests of the Pacific Northwest and Eastern Canada to the roof of 80 M Street in the Capitol Riverfront district. This mass timber and glass vertical expansion project – the first of its kind in DC commercial office construction – will add 105,000 square feet of unique space atop the building, designed to enhance the productivity, health, and wellness of its future occupants.
