Massachusetts Cannabis Center Refinanced for $4 Million
AmeriCann has refinanced their recent development, the Massachusetts Cannabis Center, in Assonet, MA for $4 million via Consolidated Investment Group.
AmeriCann is constructing a 1,000,000 square-foot center of excellence for the cannabis industry serving medical patients and adult-use consumers in Massachusetts. It will start at 130,000 square feet. The design will allow the building to expand to a million square feet as demand grows.
