MassDevelopment In Search for Worcester HQ
MassDevelopment has released a request for qualification in search of office space in Downtown Worcester. The agency is searching for nearly 3,000 SF of office space within the city.
"The Agency intends to enter a real estate lease, for five-years, with the right to extend the term for two successive one-year term extensions." the RFQ said.
Worcester, the second largest city in Massachusetts, was listed as the fastest growing large city in the Commonwealth according to 2020 US Census data.
