Massive 742,000 SF of Lab Space Approved for Seaport Parcel X
has won approval for a 2 building lab project at 310 Northern Avenue in the Seaport. The development will feature 742,000 square feet of research floorspace. As part of the project, the grade will be raised on a portion of the site to protect against future potential sea-level rise. To enable the effort the firm will also develop a new 36,000 square foot seafood processing facility for two of the tenants on the existing site.
