Massive Mixed-Use Project Planned Near National Harbor
The development firm, Petra is seeking to rezone 21 acres of land next to Oxon Cove Park near the National Harbor. While specific plans have yet to be submitted for the project dubbed National View the development could offer around 1,700 units of multifamily housing, 4 senior living buildings, 150,000 square feet of commercial/retail space, a 50,000 square foot medical building, and a police substation.
