Master Plan Special Permit Application Filed for Boynton Yards

The joint venture of DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners and Leggat McCall Properties LLC has submitted a Master Plan Special Permit for the further development of Boynton Yards. Plans call for a total of 1.365M square feet of space to include 984,500 SF of office, research and development, and lab space, 338,000 SF of residential space (330 units), 42,500 SF of retail and/or restaurant space, new Civic and open space, and approximately 1,002 structured below-grade parking spaces. The project will be constructed in phases, with Phase 1, 101 South Street, under construction now.

Building 2: 12-stories, approximately 366,000 SF commercial building, office/lab/R&D, retail, and arts/creative enterprise uses.

Building 3A ad 3B: Plans call for two separate buildings, however, they will be operated and constructed as one cohesive, connected approximately 381,000 SF commercial building. There will be four levels of below-grade parking beneath Building 3 with access from Earle Street.

Building 4A, 4B, & 4C: These 3 buildings will be operated and constructed as one cohesive, approximately 348,000 SF, residential building with approximately 330 units. The first floor of Building 4 will retail uses and there will be two levels of below-grade parking on-site.
