Mat Foundation Complete at Baccarat Residences Miami
Ceco Concrete completed the mat foundation, which included 1,500 tons of rebar and 8,310 cubic yards of concrete poured over the course of 32 hours, at Baccarat Residences Miami. The tower is planned to rise 75 stories and include 318 condo residences, 8 penthouses, and 28 riverfront flats and duplexes. The development will include 73,000 square feet of amenities which will include a fitness center, business center, pool, and riverfront promenade. There will also be a 10,000 square foot ground floor restaurant on the waterfront.
