At DC's annual March Madness event Mayor Bowser & the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development unveiled a series of upcoming RFPs for city-owned sites. The potential developments are outlined below.

Capper/Carrollsburg Redevelopment

Square 767 - Ward 8

RFP Expected: Fall 2023

Approved for 6-story mixed-use building with 147 units, 6000 SF commercial, min, the plan should include 55 replacement units

Square 768- Ward 8

RFP Winter: 2023
Zoned MU-10 - Highest & best use residential with ground floor retail, up to 352 residential units, plan should include min. 73 replacement units

Kelly Miller Redevelopment

W St. NW Ward 1

RFP Expected: Fall 2023
Building the first development - .65 acres - potential to rezone to RA-3
Proposed all affordable development with 45 project-based vouchers

Sursum Corda - 45 K St. NW Ward 6

RFP Expected: Summer 2023
Zoned for up to 8-stories, 130 units
