McHugh Construction Celebrates Grand Opening of 1000M

We were honored to be an integral part in last night's grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony at 1000M. 1000M is a 74-story, 738-unit apartment building in the South Loop, that offers enviable amenities for the tenants who call it 'home'.

Extraordinary design, architecture, and finishes were the vision of Chicago legends Helmut Jahn and Kara Mann. Brought to life by JK Equities, Times Equities, and Oak Capitals, these three developers trusted McHugh Construction as the general contractor of this visionary addition to the Chicago skyline.
