Medford Releases RFP for Redevelopment of Clippership Drive Property
The City of Medford, led by the Office of Planning, Development, and Sustainability, is accepting proposals for the purpose of leasing City-owned property located at Clippership Drive and Riverside Avenue to a single developer for the development of a mixed-use project that includes affordable and multifamily housing, groundfloor commercial use and improved parking infrastructure. The City will enter into a long-term (for up to 99 years) ground lease with a qualified developer for the purpose of revitalizing the City’s Medford Square area by promoting housing, commercial, and economic growth and solidifying Medford Square as a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood. The City requires a team responsive to the criteria in this RFP. All proposals are due prior to December 20, 2024.
