Mega Mixed-Use Project Planned for Vacant Brockton Fairgrounds Site
Copper Mill Development is planning a major mixed-use project on the 66-acre site of the former Brockton fairgrounds. Plans call for 1,200 residential units a mix of apartments and townhomes, with 600,000 square feet of commercial space aimed at light industrial and tech uses, plus a 3-acre park. The development team has currently applied for zoning changes to the site with specific projects then needing additional approval under the site plan review process.
