Melrose Office Buildings Sells for $8.7M
A Class-C, commercial mixed-use building, located at 860 Courtlandt Avenue in the Bronx's Melrose neighborhood has just been sold for $8.7 million. It was purchased by Phipps Houses from the previous owner, Alexander Svecherny.
The 2-story structure contains square feet of office space. It also has 4,100 square feet of storage area. Originally constructed in 1930, the building stands feet tall and totals square feet.
