The Meridian Group is planning to replace the aging office building at 2500 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington with a 16-story mixed-use tower. The development would include 323 apartments with 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 237 parking spaces. Located in the Clarendon/Courthouse submarket, the property offers extensive walkable amenities including a Whole Foods, and is a five-minute walk to the Courthouse Metro Station on the Orange and Silver lines.
