Metro Edgewater Construction Reaches Floor 27, Five Floors Until Topping Off
Construction on Metro Edgewater at 430 Northeast 31st Street has reached 27 stories and is only five floors from topping off. "The podium connected to the parking garage is almost complete as well," Ortega Construction Company noted via Linkedin.
Metro Edgewater will rise 32 stories and is planned to include 279 residential units along with 4,230 square feet of ground-floor retail.
