MG2 Group Acquires East Boston Development Site
MG2 Group has acquired the property at 656 Saratoga Street in East Boston for $1.8 million.
The approved project will include a 30-unit building with 30 off-street parking spaces, and at least 30 on-site bicycle storage spaces. Units will range in size from studios through two bedrooms. As part of the development, the MBTA bus stop and shelter near the site will be relocated.
