MHP Closes on Acquisition of Forest Glen Redevelopment Site
Montgomery Housing Partnership has acquired the site along Georgia Ave. & Belvedere Blvd. for $12,600,000. The site is currently home to a 1950s era garden-style apartment complex. MHP will transform the site into a new transit-oriented community featuring 189 apartments. Amenities will include a fitness center, community room, and multiple outdoor courtyard spaces.
