Miami-Based Developers Purchase Site For $22.5M With Plans For A Mixed-Use Project
Developers, Oak Row Equities and Lndmrk Development purchased a 1.5-acre lot at 401 NE 29th Terrace in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood for $22.5 million. The duo plans to build a 36-story residential building that will also include ground-floor retail space. A spokesman for the joint venture announced they have yet to secure financing to fund the construction but it will likely begin next year. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
