Miami Gardens City Center Expected To Start Construction In June 2023
Developers have selected a general contractor and are prepared to start construction on the 35-acre mixed-use project. Miami Gardens City Center will offer 720 multi-family apartments, 270 hotel rooms, 234,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, and two 800-space parking garages. The project will be built in two phases and is expected to cost around $92 million.
Construction is scheduled for completion in 2025. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
