Miami Riverbridge Project Gets Approval 

On November 8th developers gained the approval of 64% of city voters in favor of their redevelopment project of the aging Hyatt Regency Miami and James L. Knight Convention Center located at 400 SE 2nd Ave in Downtown Miami. Miami Riverbridge includes 3 towers comprised of 1,806 apartments (264 will be serviced), 615 hotel rooms, 190,000 sqft of meeting space, 20,000 sqft of co-working space, and 1,100 parking spots. The towers will be connected at the top by a sky bridge featuring an upscale restaurant and lounge. The developers aim to arrange financing by the end of 2023 or the first quarter of 2024. Construction is projected to commence in 2025, with the first two towers to be delivered by Q3 of 2028, and the third tower in Q3 of 2029.
