Miami's Edge at SoMi Gets Approval
Recently South Miami city officials approved the 10-story mixed-use project to be located at 6075 Sunset Drive. Edge at SoMi will feature 311 apartments and over 3,600 square feet of retail space. Construction could take 18 months - 2 years. Stay tuned for more progress on this project.
