Miami's First Supertall Office Tower Approved, Groundbreaking Scheduled For Early 2023
The planned 80-story, 1.6 million square foot masterpiece expected to rise at 700 Brickell Avenue has been approved. For the second and final meeting, City officials needed to approve the expanded floor plates that are needed for the Brickell City Centre. The project has recently been given the green light for the floor plates needed for the 1,049-foot tower. Brickell City Centre is scheduled to start construction in early 2023 with demolition permits being filed in the coming months.
