Miami's Parterre 42 Expected To Start Construction Next Year
Construction for the 1.9-acre site at 220 NE 43rd St in Miami’s Design District could start early next year. The project will feature 500,000 square feet of office and retail space. The five-story structure will offer amenities such as an on-site café, fitness center, bike and scooter storage, and valet parking. Plans also include 80,000 square feet of outdoor space distributed throughout the building’s five levels.
