Miami Supertall Office Tower Receives FAA Approval
Swire Properties has received approval from the FAA to build its 1,040-foot-tall project known as One Brickell City Centre. Construction is expected to begin in 2023.
One Brickell City Centre is planned to rise 1,040 feet and 80 stories and include nearly 2 million square feet. If built, it would replace Atlanta's Bank of America Plaza as the tallest building in the Southeastern United States.
