Miami UDRB Approves 57-Story M Tower
Miami's Urban Development Review Board has approved plans for M Tower located at 56 Southwest 1st Street in downtown Miami. Jesse Kehoe, Senior Development Manager at Fortis Design + Build, announced via Linkedin "Officially have UDRB approval!", along with renderings of the approved project.
The proposed 57-story tower will include 675 residential units, residential amenities, 10,531 square feet of ground floor retail space, and 694 parking spaces.
