Miami UDRB Approves Overtown 19 Project
Exciting news! Today, Overtown 19, designed by Nichols Architects, has received approval from Miami UDRB! 🎉👏🏽
This project, located in the historically African American neighborhood of Overtown, is a fantastic example of community-driven development and we couldn't be more thrilled to see it move forward. We want to extend a huge congratulations to the team for their exceptional work on this project: Beacon Advisors, Mitchell Newman, Greenberg Traurig, LLP , Witkin Hults +Partners, and our own designers at Nichols Architects.
This development will bring new opportunities for the community and create a vibrant hub for residents and visitors alike. We can't wait to see what the future holds for Overtown Block 19!
