Miami World Tower Reaches 9th Floor
Construction of Miami World Tower continues as planned as the tower reaches the 9th floor of formwork. The planned 53-story tower is expected to top off in 2023. Upon completion, Miami World Tower will provide 565 residential units, a parking garage for over 400 spaces, and a 3,000 square foot restaurant.
The property is being developed by Lalezarian Properties with Coastal Construction Company working as the general contractor.
