MidCity Planning 300+ Units for Shaw Site
MidCity has presented plans for a new for-rent residential apartment building directly adjacent to the southern entrance of the Shaw-Howard Metrorail Station. The new building at 1707 8th Street NW will feature 316 market-rate and affordable housing that will blend into the fabric of this dynamic neighborhood.
