MidCity Proposes 363 Unit Residential Project in Mount Vernon Square
MidCity has filed a PUD submission for a 363 unit residential project to replace a vacant garden-style apartment building on the Fifth Street site in Mount Vernon Square. The new project would feature a mix of studios through three bedrooms along with amenities including a pool, lounge, and fitness center. The development team hopes to break ground on the project in 2021 and wrap up construction in 2023.
