Realterm Acquires Two Middleborough Distribution Centers for Combined $57.6 Million
Realterm has acquired two distribution properties from National Development in Middleborough. 61 Leona Owner, LLC and 30 Commerce Owner, LLC - subsidiaries of National Development - sold 61 Leona Drive and 30 Commerce Boulevard to Realterm for $26,000,000 and $31,658,000 each. Combined, Realterm paid $57,658,000 for 281,387 SF of space.
A 149,089 SF industrial warehouse located in Middleborough, 61 Leona Drive has convenient access to I-495 via Route 18 and US Route 44 and the warehouse features 22 bay docks. Peleton has announced it is leasing 75,000 SF of space at the warehouse. The company will use the space for last-mile distribution in the Greater Boston market. 30 Commerce Boulevard contains 132,298 SF of space and features cold storage and dry storage capabilities.
