A story, mixed-use tower at 110 East 42nd Street in Midtown, Manhattan has just been sold for $117.8 million. The sqft structure was sold by to Meadow Partners. The tower contains 7-commercial units, divided into square feet of office space, and square feet of retail. The building was constructed in 1921 and stands 237 feet tall. sold the property in 2007, and bought it back again in 2011. It then maintained ownership again until this recent sale. Sitting across from Grand Central Terminal, and One Vanderbilt, the building's location is extremely desirable as an office property.
