Midtown Office Building to Sell for $300 Million
Boston Properties has agreed to purchase 360 Park Avenue South in Midtown Manhattan for $300 million. The pre-war era building contains 461,500 rentable square feet spread across 20-stories. The company expects to close on the building later this year, and it plans to implement a capital improvement program once the building's current (and only tenant) moves out in December.
