Midtown Office Building Trades for $90.5M

A 26-story, office building, located at 292 Madison Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan, has been sold for $90.5 million. The property was purchased by 60 Guilders LLC, from the previous owner, Vanbarton Group, in a deal brokered by Newmark.

Originally constructed in 1923, the 205,000-square foot building was designed by Ludlow & Peabody. In addition to office space, it contains retail space on the lower floors.
