609 5th Avenue
Midtown Office Condo Acquired for $100.5M
A large portion of a 14-story, commercial mixed-use building, located at 609 5th Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan has just been sold for $100.5 million. Spanning 12-stories and used as an office condo, this section of the structure was jointly purchased by Top Rock Holdings and RJ Capital Holdings from the previous owner, SL Green Realty Corp.
The condo totals square feet, and sits above a 2-story, square foot retail component. The retail section was purchased by the Reuben Brothers for $168 million in 2020, and it is currently leased out to Puma. Originally constructed in 1925, 609 5th Avenue totals square feet and sits on one of the most prestigious (and expensive) streets in the world.
