Recently constructed in 2019, the building totals square feet and contains apartment units. These are available in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations.

The development offers a full suite of tenant amenities, including a fitness center, a business center, and an enclosed parking garage. Approximately 50% of the total units have either a balcony, a terrace, or a private garden space.

The centerpiece of The Vitagraph is a 30,000 square foot interior courtyard, boasting landscaped green areas and hangout spots for residents.

The project's developer, , also took the liberty of restoring and preserving a 110-year old smokestack on the property. This historic stack is the last remnant of Vitagraph Studios; a facility that just so happened to be the first modern movie studio in the United States.
