Millennium Partners Secures $775M Construction Loan for Winthrop Center
Millennium Partners has secured $775M in financing for their Winthrop Center Project. Already under construction, the 53 story tower will feature 321 apartments along with around 770K square feet of Class A office space. Plans for the tower were slightly altered over the summer due to the pandemic in order to reduce construction cost and secure financing.
