Minor modifications approved to 101-105 Washington Street mixed-use development in Brighton
Minor modifications to the approved 101-105 Washington Street mixed-use development were given the green light at last Thursday (March 16th)’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. In order to accommodate a revised means of egress as required by building codes, the residential building will now contain 70 apartment residences and 70 parking spaces, reduced from 73 apartment residences and 73 parking spaces as previously approved.
