Minor Modifications Presents for Terrace Manor Redevelopment
Terrace Manor Redevelopment LP has submitted a Modification of Consequence for the approved Terrace Manor Redevelopment project. The updated plans call for a small increase in building height from 47’ 7” to 51’3”2 along with internal modifications to the unit layouts. The new unit mix will include 75 one beds, 47 two beds, and 8 three beds. The development team is also requesting modifications to exterior architectural elements of the building.
