Mixed-Use 40B Project Approved in Newton
The Newton Zoning Board has approved Mark Development's 40B, mixed-use project, Dunstan East. The three-building development would include a total of 234 units, studios through 3 bedrooms, along with 8,500 square feet of retail space and parking for 294 vehicles. A pedestrian friendly boardwalk, extensive landscaping including a park will be also be added along the Cheesecake Brook.
