Mixed-Use Development in Westshore District Gains Approval
The Tampa City Council approved the re-zoning application, clearing the way for Alexan Westshore, a new mixed-use development in Tampa’s Westshore district. The new development will replace the Ramada Inn. Alexan, a six-story building, would offer 398 residential units and 9,355 square feet of retail space along with a pool and amenity courtyard. A seven-story parking garage would provide 701 parking spaces. The Ramada Inn will be demolished prior to the start of construction.
