Mixed-Use Development Planned in Miami Bringing 97 Apartment Units
Developers are planning to start construction soon on a 97-apartment unit development called, Omni 21. Omni 21 will be located at 100 Northeast 21st Street in Miami, Fl near the border of Edgewater and Wynwood. The structure will also feature 2538 square feet of retail space and 3550 square feet of restaurant space.
A recent filing with DERM shows plans for the construction of drainage wells. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
