Mixed-Use Development Planned on Site of Former Hotel in Kissimmee, Florida

Developer Delta Bridge Partners has submitted plans for a new mixed-use development in Kissimmee. The development will be constructed on the site of the former Howard Johnson Hotel which was demolished in 2023. Delta Bridge Partners acquired the hotel site and two adjacent vacant parcels in 2021. Dimora Lake, a proposed mixed-use development in Kissimmee, Florida, will include a 283-unit apartment complex along with 11,000 square feet of retail and commercial space along U.S. 192. The residential units will be a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Plans indicate four buildings with a pool and clubhouse overlooking Lake Cecile, a dog park and new pier on the lakefront. One of the residential buildings will include a 2,115 square-foot business center along with 5,283 square feet of amenity space that will open up to the pool deck.
