511 3rd Avenue South Apartments Update 11/28/22

Mixed-use Development Proposed in Downtown St. Petersburg

 

 

A local developer has filed plans for a proposed mixed-use development that would add 355 apartments to downtown St. Petersburg. The 22-story tower would also include 11,560 square feet of commercial space along with a 382-space parking garage. The plans call for a minimum of 5% of workforce housing units with a number of units under 750 square feet. The St. Petersburg City Council will review the plans at a meeting December 8 to determine if the development is consistent with Intown Redevelopment Plan.
