Mixed-Use Project Approved in Kensington
The Montgomery County Planning Board has approved the mixed-use project proposed at 10509 S. Summit Avenue. The building, dubbed The Flats at Knowles Station would feature 100 residential units and 23,000 square feet of retail and office space. Plans also call for an 1,100-square-foot public plaza on the front of the building.
