Mixed-Use Project Planned for Anacostia Church Site
Bethel Christian Fellowship has filed plans for a mixed-use project at 2200-2224 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE. Plans would convert three buildings into a 6-story project to feature 38 residential units along with space for the church and daycare. The project would also include 20 parking spaces and penthouse-level amenity space.
