Mixed-Use Project Proposed for 205 Maverick Street
A new, five-story mixed-use building has been proposed at 205 Maverick Street in East Boston. Developer, Joseph Nogueira, filed the project application with the City of Boston late last month. The project calls for the demolition of an existing commercial structure on the site, containing a market and laundromat. The new building would include 55 residential units, 34 off-street parking spaces, and 3,100 square-feet of ground floor retail.
