Mixed-use Project Proposed in Woodlawn
Developers are proposing building a 5-story mixed-use development near Green Line in Woodlawn. This new development will bring 3400 SF of ground-level retail and 56 residential units above, mostly ranging from 1-3 bedrooms. Developers are also proposing that 41 of the units be marked as affordable housing. There will be a transit focus on this development, with there only 32 residential onsite parking and proximity to a Green Line CTA station.
