Mixed-Use Project Under Review Along Baltimore Ave. in College Park
Greenhill Companies is planning a 6-story roughly 150,000 square foot mixed-use project along Baltimore Avenue in College Park. The new building would feature up to 175 residential units and 15,000 square feet of retail space. The site is currently home to several commercial tenants along with residential properties to the east along Hartwick Road and Yale Avenue.
