Mixed-Use Redevelopment Planned for Frontier Plaza
Grosvenor has filed a plan amendment to redevelop the Frontier Plaza in Springfield. The 1990s-era shopping plaza sits on an 8.4-acre site and is currently home to Petsmart, Ulta, & Best Buy. Plans for the redevelopment call for 4 buildings with over 600,00 square feet of residential space and 117,000 square feet of retail. The goal of the project would be to create a mixed-use neighborhood with a central, walkable street
